LOHAS ships to all addresses in the continental U.S. Including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico as well as American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, US Virgin Island Excepting APO and FPO military addresses, LOHAS does not otherwise ship internationally.
All orders take 24-48 hours to process and then 5-7 business days to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as ALL products in your order have been shipped. We ship our products via UPS and USPS courier.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but this is something we are working on adding in the near future! If you would like to be notified when we add this feature, please sign up by opting in to our email pop-up.
You cannot send shipments to multiple addresses within one order. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders for each shipping address.
To cancel or modify an existing order please email our Community Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 minutes after the order has been placed. LOHAS will use its best efforts to honor order cancellation or modifications submitted. Notwithstanding, LOHAS does not guarantee any changes made to an order after it has been submitted.
If you accidentally put the wrong shipping address, you must contact us within 30 minutes after the order is placed to try to change the shipping address. If your order was placed more than 30 minutes ago, your order has already processed and cannot be changed. We are available Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm (EST). Please contact us immediately by clicking on the blue messenger box or fill out our Contact Us.
- Changing the shipping address may cause a delay in shipping.
- If we are unable to change the shipping address, LOHAS will not issue a replacement order or a refund. Please contact the courier to request a delivery change. You can find your shipping couriers in the shipping confirmation email.
We have hand-picked the best natural products for your LOHAS lifestyle. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Community Manager at the following email: email@example.com for an RMA #. The RMA # must be assigned by LOHAS before the product(s) are shipped back to us. In your email please include your order number and name.
We accept unopened, unused product(s) within 10 days of purchase. Once we have received the returned product(s), we will notify you via email of receipt of your return, and issue a store credit worth the value of the items returned.
- We do not offer refunds, only store credit.
- All returned product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be received within 10 days of purchase and we do not cover the cost of a return label.
Any return product that arrives to LOHAS used, opened or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund. Customer will be notified of rejected returns via email, and may request that the products be sent to them at their expense.
Any product DEFECT ISSUES past this 10 day period must be submitted directly to the manufacturer of the product.

DUTY & TAX ON IMPORTS TO SPAIN
Unlike some countries, Spain does not have a de minimis value, below which duties and taxes do not apply, so your entire US purchase is subject to duty and tax.
These fees are not included in your ExploreLohas shipping costs, and are generally due upon delivery. The amount of these charges depends on the total value of your purchases.

When delivering packages to Spain, the average ExploreLohas shipping time varies from 9-30 days. Occasionally, international transit times can be impacted by peak shipping volumes or unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or political unrest.
